5. User Content¶

Some cmds.media services allow you to upload, post, or otherwise provide content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that User Content you submit is accurate, lawful, complies with the User Conduct, and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Instead, for Private Content, you grant cmds.media a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, modify, reproduce, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the applicable service to you, subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to that service.

These licenses include transmission through networking or content-delivery infrastructure (such as proxies, CDNs, caching servers, and similar) used solely to deliver the service, without independent storage or use of the content beyond that purpose.

7. Termination of Services¶

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to cmds.media and its services for any violation of these Terms or at our discretion. Termination may result in the deletion of accounts, uploaded content, and any other associated data. We are not liable for any loss of data or content resulting from termination.

cmds.media and its services and brands may accept donations to support the operation and development of their services. Donations are voluntary contributions and are not payments for goods or services, do not purchase any particular product, service, feature, or benefit, and do not create any obligation for cmds.media to provide anything in return. Donations are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or stated otherwise.

11. Amendments to Terms¶

cmds.media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting based on the “Last Updated” date listed at the top of this document. Continued use of the site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
